The Global Independent Creative Collective (GICC) is a purpose-driven movement and industry-building initiative designed to uplift and empower independent creatives worldwide.

The GICC is a multidisciplinary creative organization built by filmmakers, producers, educators, and industry veterans who believe in the power of independent voices. We are dedicated to creating a sustainable support system for emerging talent — one that is accessible, inclusive, and truly global.

From production assistant bootcamps and writing labs to casting calls and real-world job placements, GIFC is building a full-circle ecosystem where creativity meets opportunity. Whether you’re picking up a camera for the first time or prepping your third feature, this collective was built with you in mind.We are a collective of artists, educators, builders, producers, studios, and thought leaders committed to developing infrastructure for the next generation of storytellers, makers, and cultural innovators — especially in underserved and underrepresented communities.

Through our growing ecosystem, GICC provides creative education, workforce training, project development, and production support across all disciplines of media, film, television, fashion, design, and cultural expression.

A GICC Member is an independent creative — filmmaker, artist, designer, performer, director, producer, writer, editor, stylist, or storyteller — who is ready to grow, collaborate, and activate within a global support system.

GICC members are emerging and established talent committed to evolving their craft, connecting across cultures, and building together through education, opportunity, and mentorship.
